Q. My front tooth keeps making a crackling noise like there are granules of sand in my gums or root of my tooth and I can’t see my tooth moving but it feels like it or gets air trapped in their or saliva, all I know is it is really bothering me. Is my tooth gonna fall out? Do I have bone loss or the start it?
A. Its difficult to tell without seeing you, ask your dentist to x-ray the tooth and to check the bone around the root in case there is an underlying problem.
I have the same problem, feels like every night. What were the results for you?
