Is it possible to have all my teeth removed and implants put in and if so how much would it cost?

Q. Hello, i am 21 and have had problems with my teeth for the last few years, my local dentist says that my oral hygene is fine but i keep getting holes in my teeth, which has resulted in an one of them being removed and several being filled. this has cost me a fotune in dental bills and its becoming painfull sometimes. is it possible to have all of my teeth removed and implants put in and if so how much would it cost?

A. There is a reason your teeth are failing. You may have weak enamel, there may be things in your diet that are contributing to the decay that is occuring in your teeth. This needs to be sorted out and if your own dentist doesn’t know what is going on then you should go and see someone else for a second opinion. I would always advise you to hold on to your own teeth if you can. There is no point in taking out healthy teeth and you probably wouldn’t find a dentist that would remove all of your teeth. Full mouth implants would cost you in excess of £40,000.
Think very carefully about your choices and seek a second opinion
Kind regards
