I have very thin teeth and concerned I will lose them, what should I do?

Hi I have been having problems with my teeth.I had braces on when i was a teenager & although they did straighten ,they came back out again & I cannot afford treatment I am 34 now.More worrying my teeth have become very,very thin ,I am using pro enamel toothpaste,but.I am very concerned that my teeth are ruined now .I don’t want lose them.Is there anything that can be done

 My advice for you would be to see someone immediately to discuss both problems. A good cosmetic dentist who has a special interest in orthodontics or invisible braces can advise you on both things. The ‘thinning ‘ of the teeth may be due to acid erosion or maybe even attrition but it would be best to find out what the cause is before it gets worse.

To ‘re-straighten’ your teeth may be easier and more cost effective than you think. Have alook at Invislaign of the Inman aligner
