I am sorry that your Lumineers are breaking. As a dentist that carries out all types of restorative treatment, lumineers are only suitable for certain people. This is why I advise people to very careful before they have Lumineers. If your dentist has placed these restorations and they are not suitable for you probably because of your bite then breaking is inevitable.
You need to have your bite checked, maybe by another dentist. Usually, and I can’t speak for your dentist but dentists that carry out Lumineers don’t have training in other aspects of dentistry. You might want to ask your dentist if he has training in occlsion, if he hasn’t then iI would go to someone that does
