A. It all depends on how much dental treatment you require. There are schemes that you pay a monthly payment and you get a discount off treatment- with your routine exam and hygienist visits included. You do however need to be ‘dentally fit’ before you can join these schemes.
Enquire at your local dental practice for information. Alternatively, NHS practices are obliged to see patients in pain. You can also phone the NHS helpline and enquire where the nearest dental prcatice to you is taking new NHS patients. Hope this helps
