I am missing two of my front teeth but I can’t afford implants, are there any teaching hospitals that I mat be able to get it done cheaply at?

Q.
Hello Justin, I am 23 and have recentley started going to a NHS dentist. The dentist i had before (for around 7 months) worked on my teeth with a very poor standard. Now my teeth are crumbling and falling out. I now have 2 missing teeth at the front and i am very embarrssed to smile. I would like to have all my fronmt teeth (top & bottom) replaced with implants but it is way to expensive. Is there such thing as a Dental teaching hospital that i may be able to get this done cheeper? Please Help!! :0(

Hello there,

I’m sorry to hear you are missing some of your front teeth.

My suggestion to you would be to contact the dental hospitals and ask them if they take on any implant cases for teaching. You can contact The Eastman’s Dental Hospital or Kings Hospital as they may be able to help you.
