Painfull implant with bad odour after 1 year

I didn't get good results with zoom whitening

I grind my teeth and have acid erosion and need crowns

I no longer smile due to a dead tooth which is discoloured

I have a dead tooth, left front, if your looking straight at me, and it is now very discoloured, I am looking for advise to rectify the problem, as I no longer smile, as it is so discoloured. My dentist has advised it is very lucky to be there, it was knocked out about 15 years ago, and is held in with wire, but is really only just hanging in there. Please can you let me know what may be a suitable option?

I have a huge gap between my front teeth

Hello, i’m 18 years old and i have a really big gap in between my front two teeth, i measured the gap, and the bottom bit of the gap measures to be about 4mm, and as it goes up, the gap goes slightly closer together, with a gap narrowing to about 2-3mm. I have really low self esteem for the gap in me teeth, and was wondering, if veneers is the treatment for me? I would apply for Invisalign, but it’s too expensive for my dad to pay! please help!

I Have bad teeth gum disease wear and grinding TMJ problems

Hi. I’ve very self conscious about my smile. I’ve always had problems with my teeth over the years. When I was younger I had many teeth out and they were never replaced. Since the age of 4 I have grinded my teeth with has caused wear on my teeth. Within the last year I tempted to visit the dentist again and he confirmed I had gum disease. I had treatment for this which was quite painful. The reason I went to the dentist is because I wanted my teeth straight as my bite is out of alignment and I thought it would help me with the grinding. The dentist told me I couldn’t have a brace as my teeth would probably fall out. I’m not sure now what to do, I’m very self conscious about what I look like and my two front teeth protrude. Also my jaw clicks so I think I might have TMJ. I have a real fear of the dentist as the ones I have been to have made me feel bad and haven’t been able to give me options to straighten my teeth. Do you have any advice?
