Can retainer realign shifted teeth following braces treatment 10 years ago?

Q. I have had braces about 10 years ago. Two teeth in the front have shifted not long after i removed my braces. I also have an overbite again. Would it be possible for me to get a retainer to align my teeth again or do I have to use braces again. Will it get worse over the years? It seems to be fairly the same after it shifted.,
A. hi the overbite will be difficult to correct without some sort of orthodontic device, the front teeth depending on the severity of movement may possibly be straightened with an aligner – without seeing you it is hard to tell. whether it gets worse depends on your bite and any associated habits or variation in dental health
