Are chipped teeth caused by case of bulimia?

Q. My wife has of late had a couple of teeth chip. She is very concerned that this might be connected to a period of bulimia. Can you recommend a treatment to fix this problem. Thank You,
A. Your wife would need to be assessed for thinning teeth and and possible bite problems.  One option will be to use porcelain to rebulid your wifes’ teeth but more than that I cannot say without examining your wife.
