Advice on blood loss after removal of teeth

Q. Please can you advise me? On wed (16th) i had my own teeth removed ,and dentures fitted. It was supposed to be under sedation ,with local injections to help ,but i felt everything..every tooth yanked and pulled ,and was left totally shell-shocked.. Now ,it`s friday ,and i`m just concerned that my mouth feels like i`ve a number 55 bus in it!Also i`m still loosing a fair ammount of blood ,inspite of washing my mouth gently ,with a warm salt solution? CAn you advise me if this is normal? And will the teeth settle down?I`ve no apt to go back ,so i just don`t know…many thanks

A. If you are still bleeding you need to return to your dentist or go to A&E at your local hospital.  Please contact your dentist on Monday to tell them what has happened.
