York dental surgery submits expansion plans
Plans to expand a dental surgery on York Road, Acomb have been submitted to the local council.
Managers of the Acorn Dental Surgery have submitted plans to extend the existing premises to York City Council. The plans will enable the practice to provide a new disabled toilet, improved dental hygiene services and more treatment rooms, if they are given the green light.
The new facilities will be fully incorporated into the existing set-up and the plans could enable the practice to serve more people in the Acomb area.
The council are expected to make a decision in May.
