Worcester Dental Team Rewarded for Excellence
A dental team from Worcester is celebrating, after receiving a reward for its excellent standards of care and customer service.
The team from Northwick Manor Dental Practice on Northwick Road is celebrating after receiving the Denplan Excel Accreditation. The reward scheme is designed to foster better relationships between dentists and their patients and encourage staff to maintain very high standards of clinical care and customer service.
The Northwick Manor team has worked hard for several months and undergone continuous assessment in order to gain the award. The principal dentist, Paul Elliot, said that everyone was absolutely delighted with the achievement, with the practice being only one of two surgeries in Worcester to gain accreditation.
The assessment process includes rigorous inspections to ensure that the practice complies with best practice recommendations. The award demonstrates that the staff at the practice is committed to providing patients with first class patient care and customer service and also confirms that the practice operates in line with the latest guidelines and regulations set out by the councils that govern the profession.
