Velvet Group completes acquisition of Leamington dental practice
The Velvet group has announced the successful acquisition of the Augusta Place Dental Practice in Leamington.
The Velvet Group, which is based in Shropshire, operates a unique ‘hub and spoke practice model’, which will enable the Augusta Place practice to continue to operate independently. The practice will receive management support and training opportunities from the Velvet Group.
Mark Harris, from the Velvet Group, said that the latest acquisition was very exciting and claimed that the team are looking forward to working alongside members of staff at the Leamington practice. Harris said that the Augusta Place practice fitted in with the ethos of the company and delivered exceptional standards of patient care and customer service.
The team at the Velvet Group are working with staff at the Augusta Place Dental Practice to make the transition as smooth as possible for patients.
