Two dentists from Ohio have been found guilty of tax evasion and conspiracy charges.

Dentists Bradley Brenneke and Bruce Mrusek pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy and tax evasion in court and are now facing twelve month jail sentences.

Brenneke, from Goshen Family Dentistry, was found to have evaded tax payments and transferred the title of his house to his wife; he also falsified tax returns and sent bogus documents to government departments.

Mrusek, from Wilmington Dental Management Services, was also found to have falsified tax returns, sent bogus documents to government departments and evaded tax payments. Mrusek allegedly set up a trust to pay for personal expenses and transferred the title of his house to his wife.

The two dentists will now serve twelve months in jail; when they are released they will be supervised for a period of three years.
