Three people have been arrested following a raid on a pawnbrokers shop in Boca Raton, Florida.

Police raided the Citi Pawn shop on Wednesday and arrested three people on suspicion of selling stolen dental goods. Investigators involved in the case believe the goods could be worth $3 million.

The manager of the shop, Igor Roytikh, was arrested along with Lauren Ann Healy and Brian Hegmann, who are accused of supplying the shop. The Palm Beach Post reported that the goods were taken from dental offices and shops on a 114 mile stretch between Cutler Bay and Tequesta.

Police have suggested that Healy and Hegmann stole products including toothbrushes and whitening strips and investigators believe that Healy was responsible for stealing more than $22,000 worth of electric toothbrushes between July and September. Roytikh, the pawn shop owner, alleged that the toothbrushes had been sold over the internet.

Police acted on a tip off and started surveillance of the suspects. Their investigation revealed that Hegmann acted as a get-away driver once Healy had stolen the goods and the police followed the pair to over 60 stores in the area.
