Utah man pleads guilty to illegal dentistry

A Utah man has admitted practising dentistry illegally in the local Hispanic communities. Raul Garay, from American Fork, pleaded guilty to two charges of practicing dentistry without a licence and one charge of illegally dispensing prescriptions.
