Swansea dental practice has new owner
A popular Swansea dental practice has a new owner.
Dr Behrooz Khoshooee has acquired Ravenhill Dental Practice and taken the reins from previous principal dentist and owner, Rob Elliott. The mixed practice provides NHS and private dental care for thousands of local patients.
Dr Khoshooee said that he was “very pleased” to complete the deal and take charge of the practice, which is an established clinic with an excellent reputation.
After many years of working in dentistry, Dr Khoshooee is looking forward to building on the successes of the previous owner while putting his stamp on his business. He is excited to meet patients and hopes to welcome new faces to the practice in the weeks and months ahead.
The acquisition was overseen by JCP Solicitors. Associate solicitor on the healthcare team, Rhianydd Llewellyn, said that handling dental practice acquisitions is an “increasingly busy area of business” for the firm.
