Sheen’s wife has wisdom tooth ordeal
Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller has been recovering in hospital after an infection caused by an impacted wisdom tooth attacked her vital organs.
Reports suggest that Mueller was originally admitted to hospital so that she could have the troublesome molar removed but ended-up with a 105-degree fever, double pneumonia and a huge infection.
Dr Timothy Chase, who was taking care of Mueller, said that her body was fighting off the infection but claimed that her airway could have become blocked if she hadn’t been treated.
Moira Fiore, Mueller’s mother, said that her daughter’s kidney, lungs, and liver had been attacked by the infection but were getting a lot better.
Sheen reportedly had to get a judge to postpone a protective order against him, which was issued after a Christmas Day domestic violence arrest, so he could visit his wife in hospital.
