A highly anticipated dental seminar is soon to be held, featuring a debate between dental legends, Dr Paul Tipton and Dr Gary Unterbrink. Hosted by Dr David Winkler at the Royal College of Physicians, London, the debate will be on the ethical questions of aesthetics, with a focus on dental aesthetics due to a discount that has been made to dentists interested in attending the debate.

There will be four cases studied in sessions of 90 minutes, focusing on areas of significance in the field of aesthetics, such as:

  • The anterior restorative materials and techniques
  • The posterior restorative materials and techniques
  • Occlusion diagnosis treatment planning therapy
  • Murphy’s Law and the flawed usage of the term

As well as Dr Tipton and Dr Unterbrink, audience participation is greatly encouraged and as such, there will be roaming microphones to give the listeners the opportunity to give their input, which is  another reason why dentists have been encouraged to attend.

Dr Paul Tipton

Dr Tipton is a veteran in the dental world and specialises in prosthodontics. He has an impressive and highly respected 30 years experience in his chosen profession, all of which he has spent in private practices. As well as his experience in dental procedures, he is the founder of the dominant training centre, Tipton Training Ltd, one of Britain’s leading dental training academies. He has also written over 100 scientific articles for the dental press.

Dr Gary Unterbrink

While an accomplished and acclaimed dentist in his own right, Gary concentrates mainly on lecturing and teaching, and as such is a veteran of over 5000 lectures in 60 countries, as well as writing numerous publications. He operates out of a private practice in Lichtenstein at the same time as continuing his lecturing.

The debate is destined to be both entertaining and informative and with two such heavy hitters of the dental world, heated discussions are sure to be frequent during the seminar.
