Police are appealing for information following a suspected arson attack at a dental practice in Bearwood, Birmingham.

Fire crews were called to Bearwood High Street on Thursday March 31st after a fire broke out at Complete Dental. Two fire engines were sent to the scene. The fire was successfully extinguished, but one engine remained at the practice for several hours afterwards.

Police believe that the blaze was arson. A spokesman for West Midlands Police said that officers are working with the fire service to ascertain what happened. Police are also keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time or has any information about the incident.

Nobody was hurt in the fire and the road remained open throughout the day. Police are now looking for those responsible for the attack and will be piecing together evidence collected from the practice and the fire service.
