Police appeal for information following armed robbery at Loughton dental practice

Essex Police are appealing for information following an armed robbery at a dental practice in Loughton.

An armed robber threatened members of staff at the Tooth Club clinic before stealing cash. The incident happened at 5.05 pm on Friday 29th October.

Reports suggest that the man, who was holding a large knife, made his way into the Tooth Club practice and proceeded to threaten members of staff. He was wearing a balaclava at the time.

The thief stole a four-figure sum of money before leaving the practice, which is located in High Road. Nobody was harmed at the surgery, but it was a terrifying ordeal for the staff working at the time.

Police officers have asked anyone who may have any useful information about the incident to come forward. As the incident took place at rush hour on a Friday, it is hoped that local residents may have spotted the man. Any information could be beneficial in helping police to find the suspect.
