Plymouth Dental Team Celebrating after Award Success
The team from a specialist dental centre in Plymouth is celebrating after receiving three prestigious national awards.
The Crescent specialist dental centre was short-listed for five awards at the Dental Awards 2012 and successfully won three, including Practice Manager of the Year, Dental Nurse of the Year and Receptionist of the Year, with the awards given to Debbie Hutchinson, Nickii Terry and Helen Daley respectively.
Practice manager, Debbie Hutchinson, said that the team was absolutely delighted with the awards haul and added that she was “overwhelmed” by the victories. She also praised the efforts and commitment of every member of the team and said that it would not have been possible for the practice to win three awards without them.
Debbie reserved special praise for specialist orthodontist, Fabio Butera, who stepped in to take care of his colleague Jeremy Peak’s patients after he was taken into hospital following a brain haemorrhage.
Tim Ball, regional director of Integrated Dental Holdings, the company that runs The Crescent, said that he was “extremely proud” of the whole team, especially as they faced so many challenges this year.
