Oldham Dental Surgery Crowned Portman Dental Care Practice of the Year 2016

A dental surgery in Oldham has been crowned Portman Dental Care Practice of the Year 2016. The team from Apollonia House Dental and Healthcare beat off tough competition from practices all over the country to win the award, which was presented by CEO Sam Waley-Cohen.

Apollonia House joined the Portman Dental Care chain in May 2015 and scooped this year’s prestigious award after impressing with consistently high standards of patient care and customer service.

The team was presented with the award by well-known jockey and dental entrepreneur, Mr Waley-Cohen, at a party at Stratford Racecourse in July. As well as a trophy, the team was also treated to champagne and a celebratory cake.

Practice manager Natalie Bennett said that everyone involved with the practice was thrilled with the award, especially as the practice has become part of the Portman Dental Care chain relatively recently.

Natalie credited the Portman Dental Care group with the team’s continued success throughout the year and added that everyone has worked really hard to ensure clients get the possible standards of care and service.

Mr Waley-Cohen commented that the practice was a worthy winner and had set an excellent example in providing innovative dental care, which is also patient-focused and personalised.

Portman Dental Care currently runs 45 practices across the country, but there are plans to continue expanding in the coming years.
