New Dental Surgery Set to Open in Aberdeen

Sample News Big

A new dental surgery is set to open in Aberdeen in the coming weeks.

Work is underway to convert an unused building in Newmachar into a new practice, which will house five surgeries, with room to expand if demand is high.

Initially, five dentists will be employed, along with eight nurses and three receptionists, who will provide a whole range of services from teeth cleaning, to crowning, for the local residents.

The new surgery will enable local residents to benefit from dental services on their doorstep. Currently, many people are facing a lengthy trip to see their dentist and the surgery will reduce travelling time and make it easier for people who do not drive and those with full-time jobs. The practice is hoping to improve the dental health of the local inhabitants, especially those who have been unable to visit a dentist in the past and now need dental treatment.

Work has already started and the surgery is due to open its doors to the public in the coming weeks.
