New dental spa opens in Loughborough
A new dental spa has opened in Loughborough.
Peacock Dental Spa offers a wide range of dental services in addition to a host of treatments and perks designed to make the experience of going to the dentist as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Patients are offered a drink on arrival before being ushered into a comfortable waiting room complete with sofas and access to noise-cancelling headphones and weighted blankets to reduce anxiety. Paraffin hand wax is also available to soothe those who feel nervous.
In treatment rooms, above the dental chair, patients will see tranquil scenes depicting landscapes and natural environments and they can also listen to music during procedures.
The spa was launched by husband and wife team, Mike and Katy Ingram. The aim is to provide patients with an experience that is relaxing and calming but also feels like a pampering session.
The spa was named after the peacock because the duo want their patients to feel confident and proud of their smiles when they leave the practice.
In addition to offering a diverse range of dental treatments and additional features and options to create a memorable experience, the spa also offers compensation for late appointments and a 3-year guarantee on all fillings.
