New dental practice set to open in Hale
A brand new dental practice is set to open in the village of Hale, Cheshire.
The owner of Smile Chic, Dr Persheng Rad, has taken on a 10-year lease, and will be opening the new clinic in Green Garage. The premises have private parking and the property is self-contained.
Dr Rad said that he was excited about the proposition of opening the practice in Hale and welcoming patients of all ages. Dr Rad added that this primary aim was to ensure that every patient enjoyed optimum health and that they were able to enjoy eating without any pain or anxiety. Smile Chic will open in April 2020 and patients will have access to a diverse range of services in a comfortable and stylish setting.
The clinic will be located at the heart of the village, easily accessible from Altrincham, Northwich, Knutsford and Alderley Edge.
Daniel Lee, property director at Regional Property Solutions, was responsible for overseeing the agreement on behalf of the property’s landlord, LMO Property. Describing the property as “bijou,” Mr Lee said that it was an excellent location, which had attracted a lot of interest from local businesses.
