A brand new dental clinic has opened in the Cheshire town of Knutsford.

Owner and principal dentist, Guy Ward, was delighted to finally proclaim Mobberley Road Dental Clinic open after a year of delays related to the Covid-19 crisis. The practice has opened in premises formerly occupied by the One Stop convenience store.

Guy, a Knutsford resident, said that the team was raring to go after what has been a frustrating 12 months. The practice was due to open earlier, but the pandemic slowed progress, pushing the opening date back. Despite the challenges, Guy is thrilled that the clinic is welcoming patients and the team is looking forward to seeing new faces and providing local residents with an extensive range of dental services in the heart of the town.

The practice will provide family dental care, as well as specialist dental services, the latest cosmetic dental solutions and adult orthodontics, including Invisalign. Guy has ambitious plans to expand the treatment list and he’s excited to offer innovative services, including cosmetic dentistry, implants and facial aesthetics to patients in Cheshire and beyond.

The new clinic houses three surgeries and offers a mixture of NHS and private dental care. There is currently a waiting list for NHS services, but Guy and his team are prioritising paediatric patients and providing urgent appointments for adults.

Guy and his wife, Sarah, who also works at the practice, were planning a big launch party, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, they are hoping to plan a smaller-scale outdoor gathering at the back of the premises for patients and local residents when it is safe to do so.
