Lil Wayne has eight root canals
Do you remember when Cosmetic Dentistry Guide reported that Lil Wayne had his prison sentencing hearing postponed because he needed dental work?
Well there was a very good reason for the delay. Reports have suggested that Wayne had to undergo eight root canals in one session on Tuesday 16 February 2010.
The rapper from New Orleans reportedly went through an eight-hour operation to improve the dental issues he had been suffering with.
As part of the procedure he had to have tooth implants redone, new implants installed and repair work made to his few remaining real teeth.
His sentencing hearing is now due to take place on Tuesday 2 March 2010.
