Kettering dental practice offers new patient places following Which? report

A dental practice in Kettering is offering places for new NHS patients after a Which? report claimed that a large proportion of clinics were advertising spaces, which weren’t actually available.

The Mydentist practice in Gold Street is taking on new patients and wanted to make the message loud and clear after the Which? survey revealed alarming results. Investigators claimed that a third of clinics were not accepting new patients, despite the fact that they advertised spaces on the NHS website.

Practice manager, Gill Brown, said that the clinic is one of few practices in the town, which has places available and the team is eager to encourage anyone who is not registered with a dentist to join the list by calling reception and completing a short patient registration process.

Ms Brown said that the team wanted people to be aware of the options available to them, as they are well aware of the impact of missing out on regular routine dental appointments.

Anyone who wishes to register with the Gold Street practice is advised to call 01536 510 590 or visit the website at ww.mydentist.co.uk. The practice is open Monday-Thursday from 9am until 5.30pm and on Fridays from 8.30am until 5.30pm.
