A Lawton dentist, who failed to give a woman antibiotics for a severely infection tooth before he extracted it, was found negligent by a Comanche County jury. The jury awarded $2.6 million dollars to the dead woman’s husband. The woman died in January, 2004, of complications after the tooth extraction.
