Hollywood actress, Jennifer Lawrence, has admitted to filming most of her last movie ‘toothless’ after losing a veneer at the beginning of filming.

Lawrence said that filming Don’t Look Up after losing a tooth was a “personal challenge” during her red carpet appearance at the New York premiere recently.

After losing a veneer at the start of filming, the A-list star was forced to continue “toothless” as she couldn’t see a dentist until the end.

Attending the hotly-anticipated premiere of the movie alongside co-stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Florence Pugh, Lawrence explained that she had endured weeks of filming while missing her tooth but added that she had overcome the challenge and was looking forward to promoting the movie.

The film boasts a star-studded cast, with Timothy Chalamet, Meryl Streep and Jonah Hill also appearing.

Paparazzi and journalists were eager to chat to Lawrence at the premiere as she showed off her blossoming baby bump and talked about the plot.

The movie tells the story of two astronomers, DiCaprio and Lawrence, who try to warn the world that there is a comet headed for Earth. The film opens in cinemas on December 10th and it will also be available on Netflix from Christmas Eve.
