Hello Kitty Dental Practice Opens in Tokyo
Most people recognise the animated character, Hello Kitty and are used to seeing the famous feline on stationary, jewellery and clothing, but now, Hello Kitty fans can see their favourite character when they visit the dentist.
The Heart Dental Clinic opened last month in Koto-ku in Tokyo, with the specially designed treatment rooms decorated with pink Hello Kitty wallpaper, decorations and even a heart-shaped basin. The practice is a wonderland for anyone who is a fan of Hello Kitty and will make trips to the dentist a lot more enjoyable for young children and adult fans.
The practice has themed rooms, including Kitty Pearl, a room where dentists talk to patients about treatments and services and Kitty Ruby, a treatment room. The rooms have all been approved by Sanrio, the maker of Hello Kitty.
The surgery is designed to provide a fun and exciting experience for younger patients, but adult patients are also welcome.
