Free Dental Clinic to be Held in Florence, South Carolina
A free dental event will be held in Florence, South Carolina on Friday and Saturday.
The dental event will be run by the South Carolina Dental Association and dentists from all over the state are preparing to offer their time and skills. During the two-day event, organisers are hoping to treat around 2,000 people and it is estimated that one million dollars worth of free treatment will be given out.
Services available at the clinic will include examinations, X-rays, cleaning treatments, restorations and tooth extractions. Staff will also be on hand to offer oral health advice and information about dental treatments and oral hygiene. The clinic is open to adults only.
The Dental Access days will run on Friday from 6am until 6pm and on Saturday from 6am until 3pm. The clinic will take place at the Florence Civic Center and all appointments will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
