Former Pub to Open as a Dental Surgery

A former pub in Maryport, Cumbria is to open as a dental surgery in the coming weeks.

Maryport Dental Care Centre is moving from its current premises on Ewanrigg Road and relocating to the new site, which was previously McMenamins bar and restaurant. The surgery is set to open to patients on Tuesday 20^th December.

The new surgery has car parking facilities and is located on the ground floor, which makes access easier, especially for elderly patients and patients in wheelchairs. The team is looking forward to getting into the new surgery and providing first class standards of patient care to local people.

The ground floor of the bar has been renovated extensively to adapt the layout and create the perfect space for a dental surgery.

Patients who wish to contact the practice can telephone the existing practice number and calls will either be answered by staff or left to go to the answer-phone and patients will be contacted in due course after leaving a message. The telephone number will be transferred to the new practice once the move has taken place.

An official opening event has been planned for the New Year and further information about the surgery is available on the website. Emergency dental care will be available during the move.
