The Dallas Cowboys has filed a lawsuit against a cosmetic dentistry firm which the club says owes it millions of dollars.

Reports suggest that Dallas Center for Cosmetic Dentistry owes the cowboys $42million for the lease of six of the clubs executive suites.

According to the suit, the center agreed to lease the suites at a cost of $2.1million a year.

A cowboys spokesperson said that the club had decided to take action against the dental firm after trying and failing to recover the money for more than a year.

It is seeking compensation for the whole 20-year contract which was agreed by the center and is reportedly worth $42million.
