Eastchester gets new eco-friendly dental practice

Sample News Big

A brand new, state of the art, eco-friendly dental practice has opened in the town of Eastchester in Westchester County, New York.

Dr Joseph Manzi, who has lived in the town for the last thirty years, set up the practice after recognising that there was a need for an eco-friendly, modern dental surgery in the area. The practice is the first of its kind in the metropolitan area of New York. Dr Manzi said he wanted to combine state of the art, eco-friendly technology with preventative dental care.

The new surgery provides a range of general and cosmetic dental treatments and uses ecological measures to help save waste and cut down on energy use. Eco-friendly measures include a state of the art digital X-ray unit, which loses 90 percent less radiation than traditional X-ray machines, steam sterilising units and using digital technology to store information rather than using paper records.

Dr Manzi is eager to reach out into the local community and raise awareness of both eco-friendly living and oral health. Dr Manzi is keen for patients to suggest new green measures.
