Dentist Submit Plans to Turn Disused Shop into a New Surgery

Sample News Big

Plans have been submitted to convert an empty shop into a dental surgery in Halstead.

R Patel and Associates have sent in plans to turn the former Co-op home store in Weavers Court into a new dental practice.

The shop has been empty for some time and it has been impossible to find a tenant interested in taking over the entire premises. The Co-op shop takes up units two to eight and until now, potential tenants have been put off by the size of the property.

The dentists will now wait to see if their application has been successful and if they get the green light, work will start to convert the shop into a modern dental surgery.

If successful they hope the new practice will provide services for local people who have been unable to find dental treatment in the past. Twice yearly check-ups are the best ways of preventing tooth decay and gum disease and ensuring you are in the very best of dental health and the practice hopes to bring this service to the local area.
