An ambitious dental duo is planning to add new treatments after taking the reins at a popular Warwick practice.

Husband and wife team, Monty and Jaspreet Bains, recently acquired Westgate Dental Practice, an established clinic with a prime location close to Warwick Castle. The couple has grand plans to build on the fantastic reputation of the practice and add new treatments, including the latest in cosmetic dentistry.

Monty and Jaspreet bought the practice from Dr James Clark, who ran the business for 30 years before retiring. The goal for the dental duo is to build on Dr Clark’s success while putting their own stamp on the clinic and providing patients with a wider range of treatment options.

Jaspreet said that she is looking forward to getting to know the patients and the “brilliant” staff in the weeks and months ahead. Once the couple has settled, the next step will be to expand the treatment list to include cosmetic and orthodontic dental services, including composite bonding and tooth straightening.

The business was established in 1983 as a mixed practice and it has an excellent reputation for providing foundation training for dentists.

The sale of the practice was handled by Christie & Co. Steve O’Connor, senior business agent, said that Jaspreet and Monty have ambitious plans to develop the practice and build on the incredible foundation left to them by Dr Clark. He added that the sale of the business “demonstrates the strength of the dental market across the Midlands.” Demand for similar practices far outweighs supply at the moment.
