Brush-Baby, the company behind the innovative chewable toothbrush for toddlers, has launched a brand new range of oral hygiene products for babies.

The chewable toothbrush was launched successfully recently; the product was developed by Dominique Tillen, a mother who found that her young daughter wasn’t interested in using a small version of an adult toothbrush. She developed a chewable toothbrush, which was much easier for children to use and offered all the benefits of brushing with a normal toothbrush.

Now, the company has taken one step further and launched a new range of unique products, which are specially designed for young children. The products are designed to promote good oral health from birth; the Baby-Brush pathway has been produced to cater for children from birth. The pathway includes five different products, including special dental wipes for babies, the chewable toothbrush for toddlers, Brush-Baby toothpaste for children aged under 3 and a dental floss brush, which has been developed especially for children to help remove plaque from areas that are hard to reach with a normal brush. A special form of toothpaste containing Xylitol has also been developed for children aged between 3 and 6 years old.

The Baby-Brush chewable toothbrush has been very successful and the company has received large orders from supermarkets, pharmacies and independent children’s shops. The new products have been launched in line with government initiatives, which have been introduced in order to promote good oral health from birth. Dr John Milne, from the British Dental Association, has approved the government’s plans to encourage oral hygiene and care from birth and believes that promoting good oral health from a very early age will help to reduce rates of decay amongst children.
