Bromsgrove Dental Practice Scoops Customer Service Award
Members of staff at New Road Dental Practice in Bromsgrove are celebrating after the practice beat off competition from thousands of other clinics to win the 2013 customer service award at the WhatClinic.com awards.
New Road Dental Practice, which is run by Drs Ravi and Pritesh Solanki, was named the winner after patients praised the customer service they received; the awards are voted for by the public.
The practice has an excellent reputation and it has recently been awarded child friendly status by the local health trust, NHS Worcestershire, which means that it will now work with local schools and children’s organisations to provide educational visits and oral health information and advice.
Dr Ravi Solanki, one of the principal dentists, said that the team works hard to ensure that every patient is treated as an individual and customer service is a priority. The team also works with local schools to provide visits for children and this has been hugely successful; the practice is now looking forward to working with more schools and helping to improve standards of oral health among children in Bromsgrove.
Dr Solanki added that it was a great honour to win the award, especially as the prizes are voted for by patients. He thanked everyone for their support and the team for their hard work and commitment to making the practice a success.
