A dental group based in Bristol has successfully acquired its sixth dental practice.

Dentina recently added to its portfolio after taking over Clifton Dental Surgery in Clifton Village. The practice offers a wide range of services, specialising in cosmetic dentistry, general dental care and implantology. The acquisition was overseen by commercial law firm, Meade King.

The most recent purchase has taken the number of practices owned by the firm to six, and increased staff members to a total of 85.

As well as adding Clifton Dental Surgery to its portfolio, Dentina has also launched a referral centre. The Bristol and South West Specialist Dental and Implant Centre features state of the art equipment and technology and it will provide services administered by a multidisciplinary team to patients across the region. To celebrate the launch, a dinner was organised at the Concorde Conference Centre, with more than 100 guests in attendance.

Dentina founder, implant surgeon Dr Touraj Razavi, said that he was thrilled with the latest acquisition at what is a very exciting time for the firm. He also thanked the legal team at Meade King for their advice and expertise throughout the purchase process.
