Bond Villain Jaws Drops Into Huyton Dental Practice

One of James Bond’s most iconic villains, Jaws, paid a visit to a dental practice in Huyton, Merseyside this week to undergo treatment to improve his bite. Richard Kiel, who appeared in Bond films, The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker, is due to shoot an advert for Evo Dental and he decided to have some work done prior to filming.

Kiel , who is known for his frightening smile in the Bond films, visited Evo Dental, in Paramount Business Park in Huyton, to have some dental work done in preparation for filming an avert for the practice, which specialises in dental implant treatment. Kiel said that he had a couple of implants fitted after having some teeth extracted and the procedure would give him a better bite, which would look better and increase functionality and comfort.

The Hollywood actor travelled to Merseyside from his home in California to film the advert for BHM Media. Company director, Jack Gibson said that Kiel was a natural choice for the advert because he represented something different; so many adverts feature perfect, white teeth and the company wanted to approach the issue of dental aesthetics from a different angle.

Kiel said that his Jaws smile was “nauseating” because the teeth were so heavy and they pulled on the roof of the mouth.
