All Smiles In Carfin As Dental Practice Reopens After Renovation

Sample News Big

The residents of Carfin, Lanarkshire, are all smiles after their local dental practice reopened; Carfin Dental Care recently opened its doors to patient again after undergoing renovation as a result of smoke damage.

The practice was forced to close after suffering smoke damage caused by a fire at the neighbouring tanning salon in Bell Quadrant. The practice has been operating from temporary premises during the make-over period.

Neill Sloan, principal dentist at the North Lanarkshire practice, said that it was great to be returning to Bell Quadrant and the whole team is looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. Mr Sloan also thanked members of staff and patients for their support and patience during the renovation period.

The surgery now has a new and improved reception area and a kid’s corner, which will be a great asset for younger patients and their parents.

The surgery is marking the reopening with a monthly drawing competition for children to spruce up the walls of the new kid’s corner; children are invited to get involved and draw pictures of their favourite places, people and animals and the entries will be displayed in the reception and kid’s corner areas.

The practice will officially reopened by North Lanarkshire provost, Jim Robertson.
