Afternoon Sessions at Dundee Dental Hospital Cancelled Due to Staff Shortages

Sample News Big

NHS Tayside has confirmed that afternoon sessions at Dundee Dental Hospital have been cancelled this week as a result of staff shortages.

The service at the hospital will run as normal in the mornings and patients who have appointments scheduled for sessions between 8.45 am and 12.30 pm will be treated as normal. The restricted service will be in place throughout the week until Friday 20th May.

NHS Tayside has apologised for any inconvenience the changes may cause. Patients who are unable to attend appointments during morning sessions are advised to call and see if appointments are available at alternative times at Kings Cross Dental Department.

The out of hours’ service is running as normal and anyone who needs assistance outside of normal surgery hours is advised to contact out of hours or call NHS 24.

It is not yet known when services at Dundee Dental Hospital will return to normal. If anyone has any concerns, they are advised to get in touch with NHS Tayside.
