2011 Dentistry Awards
Friday saw the 2011 Dentistry Awards, hosted at The Athena, Leicester name Tooth Plus as the UK’s Best Practice, The Dental Studio as the UK’s Best Team and Dr Dannick Jethwa of Spondon Dental Practice as the UK’s Best Young Dentist.
The evening was held in ‘En Glace’ surroundings, with whites and ice-cold blues being the main theme of the night, which decorated the building’s gorgeous Art Deco interior. Acrobats and stilt walkers kept the guests entertained, before the results of the night were revealed.
Each category is separated into 9 regions, including Scotland, Northern Ireland, North West, North East, East, London, South West and Wales and South East. A winner from each area receives an award for Best Practice, Best Team and Best Young Dentist and an overall UK winner is then chosen from the 9 regions to be crowned the very best UK team, practice and young dentist.
