Without a full consultation it's difficult to say for sure but I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be suitable for Invisalign.

Part of the reason for the uneven appearance of your upper teeth is due to mechanical problems. There are some wear facets that are indicative of grinding habits

    I hope this helps

It may be also worth looking into 6 month braces, and the Inman aligner as well as invisalign.

the worn top teeth may be suitable for cosmetic bonding or veneers but you may need an assessment to see if you have any bite or grinding problems.

A consultation with a dentist experienced in this area would help you answer all your questions, many dentists offer free consultations so it may be worth finding a dentist in your local area that offers this.
