Would socket preservation be the best option when my tooth is extracted?
Q. Thanks for reply.Do you think socket preservation would be the best option when the tooth is extracted? Our dentist would do it at cost as he has not done a live one before or the specialist would do it for approx £600.Does this sound right and what materials are the best? Cows bone was mentioned.,
A. I would normally use bone derived from cow as this has the best track record, the cost seems about right but maybe on the high side?
