Q. I am sponsoring a 21 year old girl from Tanzania for 4 months. She is in pain and a dentist said she has little or no enamel on all teeth ie. she needs crowns on all, has multiple cavities and cracks or will need dentures. Since once she returns, there will be no dental care, my concern is that teeth can decay under crowns and eventually be worthless. Would dentures be best? Since we are fundraising and I will be doing most of the bill unexpectedly, is there a huge difference in price? I don’t want low end dentures as this is her only shot, but I can’t afford artistically done high end ones either. So would mid range dentures last? Many thanks and blessings.,
