Would large white fillings hold in my mouth?

Q. I have got to have either large fillings or crowns on LL6 and LL7. Would the nhs do white crowns on these teeth? Would white large fillings hold? Thanks.,
A. Probably metal crowns would be offered. The case for a crown is separate from the case for a filling. If the teeth need crowning it is likely that white fillings would not last well. Regards Rob
