Q. I visited a new dentist for a check up today and they are refering me to an orthodontist. I am 22 and still have a baby tooth, I have been told that my adult tooth has come through but under the skin at the roof of my mouth. They told me that I can have an operation to pull my adult tooth through but then I would need a brace. Do they do this on the NHS or would it have to be private? The tooth causes me discomfort and it looks horrible. Thanks,
